Pres Uchtdorf!

This week has been an amazing experience. We had the opportunity as a whole mission to have a sacrament meeting with President Uchtdorf(a man in the quorum of the 12 apostles of the church). He came into the chapel and we all stood up. The spirit was so strong. We heard from his family and just could feel the love they had for each other and us. Amazing moment. The spirit was strong as we sang the hymns and celebrated our freedom as a country. He was smiling ear to ear the whole time he was there. Incredible. As he shook my hand I knew that God loves us so much that he has indeed called men for us today to help us make it back to live with Him and Christ. ❤ We also had amazing miracles with less actives(those who have not attended church in a very long time). They just seem to be opening the door! We do not complain, we just walk right on it 😉 Sister Perkins and I also taught a really powerful lesson in relief society on Sabbath day worship and sacrament. You could tell there was a sacred spirit in that room and they all took it to sacrament right after. It was beautiful. I love this work and state! What an amazing time we have to live.
