20 Years Old!!

So much has happened this week let's see if I can simplify it :) As I mentioned last week we've been taking shifts with our dear sweet Hermana who had surgery. It has been quite an adjustment not doing routine missionary work everyday. We have seen incredible miracles through it all however. We have been on a split almost everyday this past week and will continue to do so this week. The work does not stop. Everytime I am with the other Hermana out doing work we always seem to find a new investigator for them. Heavenly Father answers his children's prayers. It was also a really special weekend. On Friday it was the Hermana with the broken hands birthday! She was really sad thinking she would spend it cooped up inside all day. Us as her roommates decided it would be different! We secretly planned a party for her. We had our senior missionary couple come pick her and I up in the afternoon and when we got there the other Sisters got papusas and gifts! And the senior couples made a cake for her! She was jumping up and down she was so happy! I also did her hair for her and my companion did her makeup. It made her sooooo happy. Her and I then went home and she crashed. She was so tired. It made me feel really good knowing she was happy after a hard week of staying inside. Sunday was also very special. General Conference of course was a gift of its own. I am so extremely happy that I had it on my birthday a second year in a row!! Heavenly Father loves me so much. I woke up and my sisters had also gotten me gifts. They are the Flippin cutest! I am so lucky. We then headed to conference and had a good day of work. We came home and started to finish up our work when my Hermanas knocked on our door. They opened it and had apple pie with ice cream and a candle on top. They had hand written notes and started singing. Cute and simple, I loved it! I could see their genuine love. More than I could have asked for. I am really tired today. We've had a fun day trying to get to the grocery store. We took a pit stop at TGIF :) Hahah it's been a good day. I love you all so much! Thanks for the birthday wishes!
