November is the month of thanks

Hello Family!!! Alma 37:37 Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day. I have come to know this week my true identity. I feel like I say that a lot here on the mission, but each time I come to really feel that I am a daughter of God, life gets better. My prayers have become so much sweeter and i have received so much guidance from my father in heaven. I love it. We truly are his children and he loves us perfectly. He also is proud of every little accomplishment toward good we do. Even if others get further in progression than we feel we are, he counts every step forward. He loves you. He loves us all. This week we finally have investigators! We are teaching Chinese students :) They are so fun! Every time I tell the Chinese people I have Wechat (which is Chinese social media) they flip out and add me right away! It is so fun being American in a city full of cultures! This week I have felt the spirit more than ever. There has been some dry work here in this area for months and finally we have some lessons to teach! The fields are white now! Harvesting time has come. I love teaching people about Jesus Christ. God. The scriptures and prayer. It fills my heart with so much Joy. This week there was a lot of miracles. We had 2 investigators at church, we had members who are amazing at lessons with us and we had progression and change happen within the people we teach. The spirit is the real teacher. I am only the tool. I love this work I am doing. I love the mission I am in. New York can get crowded, smelly, and absolutely annoying at times. Then I see it how God sees it and it gets 100X better. The gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth. The Book of Mormon is word from God giving us answers to life's questions. I know it all to be absolutely true.
