Dear Familia,

Where do I begin? I feel like I say that every week. It is crazy how fast the weeks go by. The days all seem to intertwine with each other too. I will start by saying that I have never prayed so much and so hard in my life as I have here in Harlem. I have truly come to love the time when I pray to my Father in Heaven. I have also made it a habit to pray more throughout the day. I feel strength and peace when I pray. I find that it is easier to wake up so early when I really mean my prayers and it is easier to walk all day when I have a prayer in my heart. This Sunday we saw a miracle. We had Stake Conference. Which I have never understood what the point of that was until this Sunday! I still kinda don't actually..... haha but it is great! I loved it. Anyway, Sister Roper and I were waiting for it to begin when this lady walks in. She introduces herself and said she has been investigating the church for 5 years and just moved to the city and was looking for the YSA ward! Whaaaaaaaaaa!!!! I almost dropped dead! Heavenly Father literally dropped an investigator right in our laps! Prayers do work! Also we had a finding activity at one of the two colleges that are in our area on Monday. It was raining and we didn't really have a plan. We just wanted to talk with as many people as we could. So, not really a plan at all. Anyway we have been trying to use our technology more in our missionary efforts because w heave been given this wonderful tool for a good reason. We decided we would take a survey to see what is the top social media app these college students use. It was brilliant! We taught 3 people in 45 minutes! We haven't even taught 3 people in a day since I have been here! Let alone YSA women! It was such a miracle! We found that by talking about something interesting that pertained to their life it was less threatening and a more comfortable way of introducing the gospel. Now we just have to keep them interested! It was such a tender miracle and blessing. To be shown that Heavenly Father loves me. He is answering my prayers. He is sending me miracles to show that he is listing and cares. Sometimes it is hard to see or feel his love. I admit. However when we open our hearts and our eyes we see the light. I found this scripture that has explained my whole thought about the gospel and the beauty of it. Alma 26:16 Therefore, let us glory, yea, we will glory in the Lord; yea, we will rejoice, for our joy is full; yea, we will praise our God forever. Behold, who can glory too much in the Lord? Yea, who can say too much of his great power, and of his mercy, and of his long-suffering towards the children of men? Behold, I say unto you, I cannot say the smallest part which I feel. This gospel of Jesus Christ is amazing. God is incredible and loving. The power of the Holy Ghost is real. We as members of the Church have the gift to be surrounded by the spirit at all times. How wondeful?! We take that for granted so much. I love Jesus Christ. I love his perfect church. I love his perfect doctrine. I love my Savior. 2 Nephi 22:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also has become my salvation. Sister Robison
