Hello my family!

(Ignore my directions because they are so not accurate) but that is how I have felt this week! So mumbled and jumbled. They say it is easier to get around the city because it is a grid... well... I feel like it was way easier to get around Upstate because I had a car and didn't have to know which bus to take and which train goes where. But I am getting there :) little by little. I know not to take the M101 most places. I know kinda when our stops are at. I know that the M60 is the best bus to take. And I have no idea about the subways. That is what my companion is for! Harlem is beautiful. It feels very familiar to me and I am not sure why. I haven't had a hard time adjusting. The only thing is when I get home at night my body aches so much! But then I wake up and I am better than ever! It is the weirdest yet most amazing blessing ever. The YSA ward that I am in is INCREDIBLE! every one of them is so accomplished and just mind blowing awesome. The sacrament meeting this Sunday was so inspired. The spirit was so strong and all the talks were incredible! They all talked on Sacrifice. Each one of them spoke about the differently yet they each tied in with each other. Just as if they had planned it to be such. When the meeting was over I was so motivated to one day be like that. To have my talks impact someone as much as theirs had. I thanked 2 speakers (I didn't have a chance to thank the 3rd) but they both were so shocked that someone had liked them that much! Please, when you hear a talk given in Sacrament. Go up to them and tell them what you liked about it and how incredible it was! It really makes a difference. Super awesome experience and funny story. There is this thing called Harlem Days. I don't really know what it is or why they have it but they close of this street and have a bunch of booths. Kinda like a fair in the city, anyway. The church participated and we did a Family History Booth! It was the coolest experience! I have tried to use family history in finding activities but it has never really worked. But oh my goodness! There were so many people who were interested! We had people waiting to get on computers and sign up and look for their ancestors. We had a few people cry because they found pictures and information! It was amazing. So this one guy came up to me and asked what we were doing. He was about my age. I told him about it and asked if he wanted to start. He said yes and I got him a little pamphlet to start his pedigree chart. He looks at it and says "one problem. " I thought 'oh no. He doesn't have a dad.' Then he said " I don't have a spouse." I laughed and said "it is okay, I don't either!" Then he said "do you just want to put your information in then?" Hahahaha oh my gosh! Sooooo funny. I was dying. This week was awesome. We also had a special YSA meeting with President this week. It was at the Lincoln Center Chapel. Which is the chapel with the Manhattan Temple. It was beautiful! And so quiet. It is incredible! I am so excited to use what I learned and strengthen the YSA in this area. I know I am meant to be in the city and to be in the YSA area. It is actually really cool because I loved my YSA at home. I love it!Thank you all soooo much for the incredible support! It really means the world to me. I know I don't send emails as well as I should, but I love you all! Thank you for everything!♡Sister Robison
